Your private event at Artidote HQ gives you exclusive use of the studio.
A relaxed space to make, play, and spend team time together.
We provide all materials, and one of our friendly Artidote artists will guide the session, keeping things fun, simple and pressure-free.
Bring your own music, decorations, drinks and snacks if you’d like. Just let us know.
What’s included:
• All materials such as a blank canvas, lump of clay etc per person
• Warm-up materials ie paper, paints, brushes, easels, aprons
Hosting elsewhere? You’ll need tables, chairs, glassware and running water. Travel costs may apply.
Absolutely, we are happy for you to bring your own nibbles and drinks. Just let us know what you're bringing.
We understand that sometimes things just happen, which is why we're happy to cancel or reschedule your booking.
Company bookings involve more planning, materials, staffing, and customisation, so cancellation details are:

14+ days before the session = a full refund or reschedule

7-13 days before the session = Deposit becomes non-refundable. You can reschedule once for free.

0-6 days before the session = Full fee is non-refundable. Rescheduling may be possible but not guaranteed. An additional £50 administration fee applies to reschedule.

If a session is cancelled late and materials have been purchased or prepared, Artidote may charge an additional materials cost.
