Collage is one of the easiest ways to start playing with ideas, colour and composition.
There are no blank canvases to stare at.
Just lots of pieces waiting to become something else.
Lino Cut Printing
Carve it. Ink it. Print it.
Then comes the best bit. The reveal.
Learn the basics of lino printing and turn your own idea into a finished print. From first cut to peeling back the paper, we'll guide you through the whole process.

Plasticine Portraits
Big noses. Wonky ears. Faces with character.
Explore portrait sculpture using plasticine and learn how to spot the little details that make a face recognisable.

Why making things feels so good

For a couple of hours you're not scrolling, answering emails or thinking about the next thing on your list.

Psychologists often call this flow, that feeling when your attention is so caught up in an activity that you lose track of time.
We see it happen in our workshops all the time.
The room goes quiet. People stop looking at their phones. Then someone looks up and says "Is that the time?"
That's a big part of why we do this.
